7. Online Reservation/Occupancy
If you use the Baanchayna website (baanchayna.com) Online Reservation facility set out in the Site, terms and conditions regarding availability, prices and cancellation apply to each room rate quoted and you should read carefully the room rate details that are provided before proceeding to complete your reservation. Any special needs must be notified at the time of reservation but will not be guaranteed.

All reservations are subject to availability. If you cancel your reservation after the cancellation deadline indicated your credit/charge card will be debited for the value that is specified in the cancellation policy.

8. Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are to be governed by and construed under the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. The courts of Thailand shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any non-arbitral dispute arising out of this agreement and that only Baanchayna website (baanchayna.com) shall retain the rights to bring proceedings against you to the courts of Thailand.

9. General
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid by the courts of Thailand, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

 Please Note:

• Internet promotional rates are quoted in net in Thai Baht are inclusive of service charge, VAT and breakfast. Rates are quoted per room, per night.
• All major currencies are exchanged. The following credit cards are accepted:  VISA and MASTER CARD at the Baan Chayna Hotel and Resort, another payment is recommended to use PayPal.
• The following terms and conditions are applicable to all room types at Baan Chayna Hotel and Resort:
• * Full payment is required prior to arrival at Baan Chayna Hotel and Resort.
• * Refunds are not accepted for any cancellations, but dates may be amended according to availability.
• * Children under three years, who are sharing a bed with parents, stay free of charge at Baan Chayna Hotel and Resort.
• * One child aged between 3 – 12 years old is allowed sharing room with parent and charge for an extra bed no including Breakfast.
• * Luxury Suite; two children between 3-12 years old are allowed sharing room with parent. Free of charge for first child sharing in Sofa bed including breakfast. Second child sharing Sofa bed is charge for Breakfast @ 200 THB each day.
